Booked in for the first time today due to a small amount of muscular discomfort in my lower back. Relaxing atmosphere and Zena was lovely. She worked on the problem area (which improved immediately) and even diagnosed that I had regular headaches behind my right eye which I now know is down to the muscle tension and tightness in my neck and shoulder (who knew!). Would highly recommend and will be returning soon.
